Email and newsletters
If you subscribe to our newsletter or register for the Wellness Hub, your name and email address are stored with our email service provider so we can send you updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us.
Payments
Membership payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's checkout and are never stored on this website or seen by us.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the trusted services that help us run the hub, such as our website host, payment processor and email provider, and only as far as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorized access. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, so please choose a strong password for your member account.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, subject to any legal obligations we have to keep it. Just get in touch and we will respond promptly.
